b-love returns to Toronto after 3 fun-filled years in the South of Spain, although we are glad to be back!

b-love will be participating in a Recycled-goods Market in Plaza Bib-Rambla, Granada. Organized through Eco-Parque and the City of Granada, 15 designers and artesans will be offering their art, clothing, accessories, soaps, etc - all made by hand, and using processes that consider the entire lifecycle of the products. Plaza Bib-Rambla, Thursday May 14th - Sunday 17th, 10am - 9pm. Granada, Spain.

b-love ART news! A set of paintings submitted by b-love (Ben Pakuts and Craig Daniels) were selected to be shown in the juried contemporary art show titled "Arte Contemporaneo y Reciclaje" organised by the UGR faculty of Fine Arts, the Center for Contemporary Culture, and the EcoParque Norte recycle center. The piece pictured above is called "label storm" - a screen printed landscape with a sky made of a hand-sewn mosaic of vintage and second-hand clothing labels. We are pumped(!) to be participating. b-love was one of three young designers featured at the Playmobile fashionshow in Granada. The cardigan launch! Shout outs to the other designers, La Pelusa and Cabezonas. Many thanks to Playmobile, and all the great models (Paco, Fernando, the two Sergios, Jota, Chema, and Omar) for making it all possible.

b-love was the apparel of choice for the Government of Spain at the IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) conference in Barcelona. We were contacted by the environmental consulting firm G4E and asked to pimp up the booth models for this important conference. The shirts that were chosen featured endangered spanish animals such as the iberian lynx.

La muda buena. On may 30 and 31st, b-love will be hosting a clothing and accessory show featuring local designers from Granada, good music, drinks and an amazing atmosphere.
